儀器借用注意事項 Reserving Notice：

請於進行量測前5個工作日提出申請。

器材借用以本實驗室內使用為原則，若需外借，請取得本實驗室張教授同意並且備註說明。
-
貴重儀器皆由本實驗室人員進行操作，若有自行操作的需求或狀況，應事先向本實驗室張教授說明告知。
-
待測元件若有特殊量測限制，請事先描述清楚，並於量測進行時與本實驗室操作人員溝通且共同監測，避免待測元件有非人為損壞疑慮。

借用單申請者或同行者於量測進行期間必須在量測現場，禁止代替他人申請，若有特殊情況須事前告知。

Please submit the reserving form before 5 working days.

The equipment and tools are only for use in Lab 307, please request and get permission from Prof. Chang if you want to lend the equipment and tools out of Lab 307.

The equipment will be operating by Lab 307 member, please request and get permission from Prof. Chang if you want to operate the equipment yourself.

If your component is special restrict, please write the description in detail, and lets the Lab 307 member know the situation clearly. To avoid doubts, please stay on site when the measurement is going on.

Applicant and the accompany person should be stay on site when the measurement is going on. Prohibit reserve for other people. Please inform in advance if there are special situation.
